This blog post would be about my lego HK 416. The HK 416 is a futuristic assault rifle made by German gun manufacturers, Heckler and Koch. It looks like the M16 rifle, also made by HK, but it is much more reliable and adaptable. During the holidays after PSLE, i got extremely bored and started making lego crossbows at first, then guns. Then, i saw an instructed Lego HK 416, by "jack Streat" on LK Machines. Here are the instructions.I realized that i did not have the parts. The construction must wait. Christmas came... To me, it is more like seeing people getting presents and pretending to be exited, its just another 24 hours. But then last Christmas was different. I actually got something from my cousin. LEGO. Why isn't there 3 dots behind "LEGO"? Because shut up... I used those parts and made the gun.
Boredom made me tear the whole thing apart and i made my own version of the gun based on the same mechanism, with added features. I added a safety mechanism and made it able to be field stripped (taken apart), like the real thing. And by the way, this gun SHOOTS. Its not another model of a gun that you pull the trigger the only sound is the "bang" from your mouth...
This lego gun is "powered" by 8 rubber bands, with and another 5 in the trigger, magazine, magazine release, cocking handle and the retractable butt stock.
Some Videos(they are not my own. I was not so bored that i would do that)
